Looking to participate as a food vendor at the 2025 Summer Sunset Festival?

The Food Vendor application is now available and will be accepted through May 2, 2025.

As we prepare for our exciting annual celebration, you’re invited to apply for consideration to participate as a food vendor and showcase your culinary skills. This year’s Lake in the Hills Summer Sunset Festival promises three (3) days of unparalleled excitement from Friday, August 29, through Sunday, August 31.

For a fee of $900, you’ll receive a comprehensive vendor package that includes a spacious 10’ x 20’ tent, serving tables, 4 standard outlets, and ice – everything you need to showcase your culinary creations in style.

This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with new customers, build brand awareness, and leave a lasting impression that extends far beyond the festival grounds.

Visit our Beer Tent, hosted this year by the People for Parks Foundation of Lake in the Hills.

Over-21 Wristbands are required. Wristbands cost $1. Beverage prices vary.
