The Summer Sunset Festival parade will kick off at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 3 and follow a new route. The new route will allow staff to facilitate improved safety measures.
The parade will begin outside the Lake in the Hills Public Works facility at 9010 Haligus Road, travel north on Haligus Road, turn right onto Miller Road, and conclude at the Sunset Park parking lot at 5200 Miller Road.
Attendees will be entertained by a variety of performances, including bands, martial arts groups, dance groups, colorful floats, clowns, and more, many featuring our local organizations and businesses. The Blooze Brothers’ Blooze Mobile will also join the fun! Don’t forget to bring bags to collect goodies.
